How to get a free Flag Counter and how to insert it into your blog

I got a code from the following site

and then i added this HTML code to my blog in the following way:
1. Going to layout from Dashboard.
2. Clicking on "Add Page Element" link with the "Add Gadget" link. Clicking on this link will bring up the "Add a Gadget" popup window. All the original Blogger widgets are listed under the Basics subtab in this popup window.
3. Selecting the widget "HTML/SCRIPT" from the popup. By selecting thewidget a new window will be shown . Pasting my code there.
4. Done.
